Elizabeth Sandler Launches New Business Focused on Building the Next Generation of Women Leaders
Elizabeth Sandler, a former Managing Director at Blackstone and Deutsche Bank and the founder of Echo Juliette, an advisor on workplace investments, has launched Echo Workplace, a platform dedicated to investing in women leaders. She will be leveraging her 25-years of knowledge and expertise in career strategy to deliver world-class advice, programs, and solutions to women in mid-career and executive ranks.
Sandler says, “the creation of Echo Workplace is in response to the continued leadership gender gap.” The World Economic Forum predicts it will take 99 years to close this gap and more than 198 years to achieve economic gender parity.
Elizabeth personally developed Echo Workplace’s signature program, The Career Lab, to provide women with a career strategy framework that focuses on getting the results they want. Whether their ambition is a promotion, a career shift, or increased mastery in their current role, the program provides immediately impactful solutions. The Career Lab includes live interaction with Elizabeth and peer-mentoring with like-minded women.
Starting in 2021, Sandler will be offering exclusive one-on-one career strategy advisory services for a limited number of accomplished women executives. Each client will receive an in-depth consultation to fully understand her specific career ambition, needs, and pain points. Echo Workplace will not be marketing these services but is making them available via a referral and interview process.
According to KPMG, 72% of female executives rely on a mentor or trusted advisor when taking on new roles. Echo Workplace invests in closing the gender leadership gap by providing essential mentorship and high-value career advice to high achieving women.
