“A story that spans generations, The Call To See by Sara Enochs is the story of Ava Andrews and her legacy of helping save the world from environmental destruction, all through her elaborate daydreaming. The early chapters begin where we are introduced to her life and her musings about existence. She tries to answer why she is put here on Earth, and what is her heart’s desire and mind’s purpose. According to a Jesuit priest, some of Ava’s family members possess exceptional minds that operate on a different frequency, and this allows them to be uniquely connected with each other, nature, and God. In the future, global warming has reached its peak of destruction, and people have lost everything. The code that Ava cracked years ago may well be the key to fix everything, but it remains to be seen if there is enough time.

“If you are a firm believer in God’s grace and at the same time enjoy science fiction, The Call to See is a reading treat that you should not miss. Sara Enochs has written a brilliant allegorical tale about faith and renewal. You cannot help but be impressed that Enochs managed to illustrate such elaborate daydreaming, where Ava’s bloodline is presented with their own realities. At the end of the story, Enochs treats you to some open-ended questions for group discussion to see how well you picked up on the spiritual message that the story conveys. This is a highly-recommended story where belief and science fiction intertwine. Enochs asks at the end of the story if you daydream – it never hurts to try.”
